What Are Meridians?

Meridians (经脉, jīngmài) are the energy channels in a cultivator’s body:

  • Like rivers carrying qi throughout the body
  • Connect the dantian to the rest of the body
  • Enable qi circulation and technique usage
  • Blocked meridians = blocked power
